This morning Soho House hosted the first Cogs Agency and @books4breakfast talk with the impressively eloquent Tom Chatfield.
Tom “writes, speaks and consults internationally on media, arts and technology, with a particular interest in education. He has appeared at forums including TED Global, the Cannes Lions and authors@Google” We were delighted that it was Tom kicking off our series of events in partnership with @books4breakfast. Questions from the floor covered everything from monopolies in the digital world to Facebook currency and education. With Tom touching on many of the ‘profound social and behavioural changes wrought’ by the age of the ‘distracted world’ we now find ourselves in. Everyone left with the latest edition of Wired Magazine thanks to the kind people at WiredUK as well as a copy of Tom’s book. What a great way to nourish both belly and brain on a cold Friday morning.
If you would like to find out more about @books4breakfast or the next talk please get in touch with Liam, Harry or Chris at Cogs Agency.
