For those new to the idea of Service Jam, it is a two-day, design-led hackathon
(we call it a jam) hosted for the good of their community.
City Jam is held in 100 cities worldwide.
Attendees gather in various city venues and spend 48 hours developing and prototyping new products or services based on a specific theme.
The theme will only be revealed on the day of the jam and people who are interested in service and customer experience will be split into smaller groups to work a solution together.
By the end of the Jam, a collection of brand new insights and prototypes will be shared or even be implemented around the world.

Cogs has long been a supporter of Service Jam in Hong Kong over the past few years. This year we are proud to have our Singapore office join us in supporting the cause of a better world through design.
Who should join the jam?
Anyone can be part of the jam.
Designers or practitioners, academics, business people, students, those in between jobs, customers etc.
As long as you have the passion to build things together with others, join us!

If you’re in Hong Kong:
Standard/Regular tickets are open for sale now at HK$490. The jam’s venue is yet to be confirmed.
We will update you on the venue again once the organisers announce it.

If you’re in Singapore:
The jam will be hosted in 3 venues in conjunction with Singapore Design Week 2019.
The 3 venues are Singapore Design Centre, Pixel Building and Carousell’s HQ.
