About the Speakers
Stephen Pill, is an expert on designing at the dynamic intersection between digital, brand, retail and customer experience.
Stephen has a background in design and UX. He bolsters extensive experience working across Asia, the Middle-East and the UK. He has delivered innovative and award-winning work for clients such as Dubai Airports, Swire Properties, The Ritz-Carlton, Singtel, Chow Tai Fook, Fossil and Intel. His work includes establishing successful social networks, revitalising one of the internet’s original e-commerce success stories and working with some of the world’s hottest start-ups.
Stephen’s recent work includes reimagining the airport from the ground up to design a truly passenger-centric experience and helping to transform Swire Properties shopping malls into a smart omnichannel ecosystem throughout China.
Stephen attained BA (Hons) Multimedia Design from the University of Huddersfield in the UK.
Marc heads his hand-picked technical team who are responsible for implementing digital delivery across various touch-points (web, mobile, interactive). He has extensive experience managing all phases of Fitch’s creative software life-cycle, from project planning to development to quality assurance and post-delivery support.
He brings a methodical, engineering-led approach to projects. Having begun his career as a developer, his responsibilities evolved to include solution architecture and client-facing project management roles. He’s comfortable in both technical and non-technical domains, and able to act as a translation bridge between highly technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Marc has been delivering cutting-edge interactive digital applications to customers for over 15 years.
Since joining FITCH in 2011, he has managed the digital delivery for pillar clients such as GE, BNY Mellon, LYNK & CO, Dubai Airports, Intel, InvestHK, Qatar Airways and Swire Properties.
He has extensive knowledge of the digital landscape, understanding from a technical perspective how competitor brands develop their digital platforms.
