My client a global branding agency is seeking a talented and ambitious Account Manager to work on some of their key clients
Summary of Role:
As an Account Manager, in a world-class brand agency, your role is an integral part of the client team and you will be responsible for delivering high standards of client and account management on a mix of exciting and innovative client projects.
You will work with all parts of the business within the role and will support the Account Directors and Client Directors on specific clients, with the opportunity to lead on your own projects and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
General account management tasks; including coordinating meetings, producing status and contact reports and ensuring files are up to date
Financial management including creating estimates, monthly billing and monitoring fee and cost spend on each project
Client management including creation and management of timing plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
Working with the Account Director to brief in new project work and requirements to the agency teams, including setting up and attending review meetings, proof reading and checking work completed prior to sharing with the client
Act as the day to day Client contact, contributing to building a trusting relationship between the Client and agency team
Role-specific professional and technical skills:
Branding and internal communications experience, preferably with experience of working on a global client on a mixture of integrated projects
A team player, with experience and enthusiasm for cross agency working
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communicator and presenter, can articulate thinking and concepts well
Good integrated experience working on multi channel projects
Able to think on their feet and make decisions. Always looking for ways to make things better and find solutions, not a problem advisor
A good listener, empathetic, proactive and motivated
Ability to deliver high quality work within timings
Financial capability with some previous budget management responsibilities
Basic negotiating skills
Capable client presence, ability to form good client relationships both internally and externally
