My client are an integrated agency of about 100 people based in the heart of Farringdon, London.
Still fiercely independent after several years, They have retained the agility to adapt to a rapidly-evolving marketing landscape that the lumbering agency giants can only dream about. They’re a bright, lively bunch covering all the disciplines you’d expect (client services, creative, planning and digital development teams). And they’re united by a passion for behavioural science.
They leverage ‘Sales Triggers’ (as we call them) to create Brand Commerce campaigns that deliver more effective marketing. Put simply, they create super-clever work that actually makes people buy stuff!
As you’ll discover, they cover the full-channel mix with a big digital heart. It means they’re equally happy designing and building a stunning website, producing powerful interactive content, developing engaging social campaigns, implementing effective eCRM/ecommerce or creating in-store activations.
One of their flagship accounts: A household tech brand are looking for the latest member to join their team; a savvy Integrated Account Manager to support and guide the running of projects within the account.
This role with offer you the chance to work with one of the most recognised consumer electronics brands in the world, supporting the on-going management and vision of their asset and training distribution portal, along with managing print, POS, eCRM and event briefs. The account and will require you to be highly organised and work collaboratively with the entire team and multiple stakeholders.
What we’re looking for from you:
o Day-to-day management client accounts and projects
o Develop client relationships across all levels; be the direct point of contact
o Ability to manage large volumes of work
o Adept at managing reactive/urgent project requests when required
o Highly organised with the ability to organise project requirements from initial brief to completion
o The ability to solve complex problems when required
o Team player; able to quickly integrate and become an invaluable team member
o Confident communicator and presenter
o Numerate; able to create reports and/or manage account finances
o Insightful; able to spot insights and trends within data that can support new business opportunities
o 2-3 years client services experience
o Integrated marketing experience, especially digital, retail/shopper and eCRM
o Experience in managing digital, POS, event would be required
o Experience in preparing and presenting compelling presentations
o Finance – Experience in managing budget estimates and billing
o Management of junior team members – Account Executives, Interns
o Demonstrable client relationship management up to senior level
