They are currently looking to hire an Associate Director level – CRM specialist based in Hong Kong
Drive customer relationship management and consumer engagement strategies for the brand by identifying and leveraging data of the customer purchase behaviors.
Provide the strategic vision to understand consumers who and where they are, understand key drivers behind consumers and identify key issues.
Initiate, develop & implement all CRM activities, including customer lifecycle programs, communications along consumer calendar and loyalty program so as to boost sales of both existing and newly acquired customers.
Oversee and coordinate all customer focused efforts including development of customer databases, analysis of those databases and the use of that customer intelligence for better direct marketing programs, better resources allocation and better customer service.
Plan roadmap and prioritise requirements working closely with business regional stakeholders; Develop and deploy surveys to enable the brand to obtain key insights for future strategy development.
In charge of the relationship marketing strategy for individuals, intermediaries and institutions; coordinate the expansion of the relationship marketing programme across teams and local markets
At least 6 years of relationship marketing / CRM experience.
Strong knowledge enterprise CRM solutions like Salesforce.com and infrastructure
Strong knowledge in client database setup and experience working with client information.
Fluent with key measurement tools for online and digital enablers
Able to work with local marketers who have variable degree of digital and CRM knowledge
Strong team player and have considerable project management exposure
Able to communicate in Mandarin an advantage
Financial industry experience is preferred but not a must
