You will be an active participant in agency growth strategies and will work in tandem with the global business development teams across wider APAC, Europe & America.

Your Role:

  • Pioneer the German market, leveraging your industry network and the firm’s internal expertise and resources
  • Generate and close new profitable and sustainable business opportunities by active prospecting, networking and participation in RFPs
  • Cultivate and manage prospective partnerships, as well as build offers by responding to RFP’s, writing business proposals and contributing other sales material
  • Ensure that the client database is kept up to date and prospective clients are followed up with on regular basis. Build and maintain a database of prospective clients for M&C Saatchi Mobile
  • Maintain the knowledge of the evolving mobile marketing industry
  • Build a positive image and create brand awareness globally and locally for the agency and its capabilities via marketing and public relations campaigns, paid media, social marketing (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat etc.), and targeted stakeholder engagements in unison with the global marketing and biz dev teams
  • Work with local regional Directors to define and implement new business strategies and tactics aimed to achieve targets
  • Support public relations efforts: liaise with internal PR team and ensure integration of marketing strategy within agency-wide communications efforts

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven business development or marketing experience at agencies or tech-based companies with experience in the mobile and digital media space
  • Impeccable relationship building and client facing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to deliver strong presentation and pitches and build strong relationships internally/externally
  • Team player equipped with strong leadership skills
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and negotiation skills, and commercial acumen
  • Consultative approach to developing new business opportunities
  • Strong project management skills – the ability to own and drive a marketing project schedules from start to finish
  • Knowledge, passion and interest in staying on top of consumer and business trends
  • Proficiency in German is a must
