Community Manager

I am looking for an experienced and motivated Community Manager to join a friendly and creative agency with a great list of award winning clients.

As a Community Manager, you will be the voice of expertise when it comes to social channels and how consumers use them. You will have an excellent eye for detail and have the ability to produce content that’s engaging and shareable across a variety of TOV’s.

Key Community Manager Responsibilities:

– Get under the skin of clients

– Have experience working across social channels such as; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube

– Involved in reporting on performance of the social channels

– Taking part in the strategy of the weekly and monthly content calendars

– Client facing as you will be the main point of contact for day to day social

Key Community Manager Skills:

– 3+ years’ experience

– Experienced growing communities and dealing with escalations with due diligence and a calm head

– Writing copy for all social media channels and have a meticulous approach checking posts before they go live

– Understand the importance of analytics and reporting
