Cogs Hong Kong is a team of 11 and having recently moved into new offices were expanding to support continued organic growth. We have an established client base across start-ups, consulting companies, brands, ecommerce, marketing/advertising agencies and technology companies.
This position will report directly to Cogs Greater China Director and will have support of consultants working with the same clients but in different disciplines (design, UX, tech, etc). This is a new role to cater to demand from existing clients and will build on both the client and candidate networks that we already have in place. Even though the consultant will inherit a busy desk we are looking for someone who is a good networker, strong in business development and has a strategic eye on where the market is moving in order to plan the development of the desk/division.
The roles are quite technical in nature and the candidate pools are limited so the consultant will need to spend time understanding their client business and products and building relationships with product management and data specialists in the Greater China market. You will also need to identify lateral career moves within associated talent pools, and work with talent in other markets that are open to relocate
Background could include 4+ years’ experience in a recruitment role ideally within technology, digital, product or programme management or data or a digital specialist with a solid understanding of data and or product management, from a digital agency, tech vendor or start up that is looking for a change in career.
