One of our corporate clients is looking for a Consumer Journey Manager to join their Digital team.

Your main responsibilities will involve:

– Make action plans to innovate and modify the website based on analytics

– Work closely with all departments to identify business opportunities and gaps and deliver practical solutions

– Develop customer segmentation models to refine Leads acquisition, targeting and conversions

– Support the Consumer Insight to drive quantitative and qualitative analysis based on digital interactions and behavior

– Create end-to-end customer centric designs incorporating systems thinking, customer experience, and service design

– Use industry knowledge to recommend how to develop propositional, business, process and technical capabilities

– Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to quickly resolve issues and deliver solutions

Your skills and qualifications will include:

– An in depth understanding of how our client website can create value through the application of information and analytics

– Experience in creating consumer behavioural business models, with knowledge of statistical analysis techniques desirable

– Experience in using innovative customer analysis to identify customer experience opportunities

– Practical knowledge of data warehouse and MI environments and practices

– Knowledge of Financial Services / Asset Management is a plus
