They are looking for Creative Director who is passionate about creating designs and delivering the ideas with their storytelling. They believe that excellent designs must be innovative, adventurous, and eye-opening but also user-friendly.
– What you’ll be doing
- Make sure the quality of work is up to the expectations of the clients
- Be a department leader and lead and inspire the team of visual, verbal and experience design specialists by providing guidance
- Juggle a few projects at once and manage timelines
- Manage accounts by not only creating coherent designs to clients’ expectations but also educating their knowledge of the current marketing trends
- Plan a strategy and make sure to communicate the concepts with the clients and the internal team
– Your profile
- 10+ years experience in web and advertising industries
- Leading the industries with creativity and conceptual work
- 2+ years’ experience leading a team as a Creative Director
- Can present the portfolio for the campaigns you oversaw
- Skillful in conceptual and visual design
- An excellent leader who is flexible, a multi-tasker and serves as a mentor to the junior team members
- Experience working with product and campaign work
- Confident at presentation for clients
- Team-player, proactive and flexible
- Fits in the fast-paced and international setting
