Our client is a growing Martech service platform with an APAC presence and they are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join their Singapore team!
- Working directly with your clients to fully understand and plan for their immediate, near, and long-term campaign goals
- Managing the day to day relationship with clients to make sure they stay satisfied
- Leading client business reviews and communicating effectively the company’s results, optimizations, efficiencies, and further capabilities
- Solving issues and concerns raised by clients and continuously feeding back to our Product team to ensure the tool is aligned to client needs
- Add strategic value to the clients’ long term growth
- Partner closely with the on-boarding and sales team to ensure that the onboarding of new clients is accomplished in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay in-tune with the cutting edge of the marketing industry and develop into a subject matter expert on dynamic creative and future capabilities
Who are you?
- You have at least 2-5 years of direct industry (programmatic, MarTech, agency, or digital marketing) experience
- You have a high level of communication and networking skills
- You have experience using DCM and/or Facebook Manager
- You are organized, can multitask, and always deliver to a high standard
- You are a self-starter with a great attitude.
- You thrive under pressure and are comfortable with fast-paced growth
- You are driven to make your mark on the industry and keen to learn
