B2B tech company with over 50 years of history and footprints globally. HK servicing as regional hub overseeing about 10 markets across APAC is looking to appoint a regional digital lead to lead initiatives for improved customer experience and web content in the region.

 

The Role:

You will be in a regional capacity, focusing on improvement of customer experience and website marketing, primarily for the eCommerce platform in APAC. You bring strong knowledge to the team on market nuances, digital landscapes and customer journey, especially across Greater China. You are also willing to roll up your sleeves to drive initiatives and nurture a productive team.

 

Requirements:

With 8+ years’ hands-on experience in digital, product development, and/or eCommerce, you possess strong experience strategizing and implementing customer experience projects preferably for a regional eCommerce platform/ corporate website. Solid knowledge on SEM and content management across markets in Greater China/ APAC desired. Experience in team management and senior stakeholder management in a matrixed organization prefered. English as primary working language, Mandarin or Cantonese advantageous.    

 

Location: HK

Salary: HKD 45-55k/month
