A leading internet company is looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to work closely with the Chief Business Office. Backed by strong business and tech industry leaders, they are now looking for the next sales operations and enablement director to join their team.

In this role, you would be: 

  • Supporting sales delivery, sales enablement and pricing strategies
  • Managing a team of sales support specialists 
  • Responsible for relevant sales related data including targets, pipeline coverage and ROI per headcount/team
  • Supporting in setting key sales KPIs
  • Assessing forecast accuracy and pipeline coverage

To be successful, you would have: 

  • 8-12 years of hands-on Sales related experience
  • Familiar with CRM tools and systems like Salesforce, BO, etc.
  • Experience in sales planning, tracking and enablement
  • Experience in implementing and improving business processes and systems
