The client is one of the world's leading asset managers in a world of luxury travel. Managing 15 unique properties globally, the business is looking for a Global Director of Marketing to join the business.
The successful candidate will be a key contributor towards building a best-in-class, forward-looking Marketing Organization to drive business growth, innovation and remarkable customer experiences.
Some key responsibilities will include:
- Be a primary business partner to the C-suite
- Create and implement new go-to-market strategies by providing leadership and marketing expertise, strategy, analysis, evaluation and resources necessary
- Oversight of the marketing strategy development in close collaboration with business partners and will drive the planning and implementation of integrated marketing programs.
- Participate in the leadership of the business segment as a key contributor, developing a broad view of the business while delivering successful marketing strategies that meet the business challenges.
- Manage third party agencies (PR, Media partners, etc).
Qualities to succeed:
- Appreciation for the luxury ecosystem beyond hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, processes and databases demonstrated through achievements of customer journey metrics
- Proven success in analysing and synthesizing data from multiple sources and filtering through data to find the necessary key results.
- Awareness of key marketplace and industry trends relative to customer and consumer behaviour.
- Effective project management, presentation, communication skills (both verbal and written)
