The Group Program Director plays a critical role in the success of projects, client work portfolios, and the overall organization. He / She works at both the macro and micro level to manage large portfolios as well as support the development and management of scope, schedules, and budgets for our most important clients.
The Group Program Director is the glue that holds together our multi-disciplinary teams, creating a collaborative atmosphere for their clients and/or offices, solving complex project management and staffing challenges, and ensures the delivery of extraordinary work. He / She interfaces with senior level clients and executives as well as assists the VP, Project Management in the development of global process, documents and tools. He / She is interested, invested and passionate about the industry, the clients we service, and the work produced.

” Creates and owns account road map development that will allow for solid resources and revenue management, looking at all projects being tied into the larger account picture.

” Drives continual process and people management evolution in support of the effective delivery of solutions.
” Ability to recognize how team members are doing, understand and account for many different points of view, and provide support for the team.
” Contributes at a senior level to the client pitch process by integrating strategy and business development skills with project management capabilities.
” Acts as a mentor and leader to the Project Delivery team, ensuring they have the coaching, mentoring, resources, and training needed to produce high quality results and further develop their skills.
” Grows and recruit for the Project Delivery discipline.
” Is a thought leader in Project Delivery.
” Post-secondary education is preferred, or equivalent experience.
” 9-12 years experience managing a variety of digital project types; site builds, ecommerce, marketing campaigns, microsites, maintenance.
” Experience leading teams.
” Mastery of managing and controlling project scope, schedule, budget and resource management / reporting and change management, project roadmap development and revenue forecasting.
” Mastery of Project Management principles, methods and techniques.
” Mastery of leading conversations with clients, around scope, schedule, and budget as well as roadmaps, objectives, and strategies.
” Ability to tactically organize and structure activities, paying particular attention to detail.
” Mastered in leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills to facilitate effective task and resource management.
” Mastery of communication, presentation, leadership, facilitation and negotiation skills.
” A solutions oriented leader with refined decision-making skills and the ability to lead by example.
” Ability to stay focused on the driving goals even in high-pressure situations.
” Ownership and accountability of clients’ business needs and ability to drive to solutions.
” Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
