Direct report to Founder/CEO
A new and exciting fashion venture has dropped into the global markets! Led by industry veterans who worked for listed fashion businesses, this opportunity will be responsible for the growth strategy of the business. With an ambitious 4-year growth plan in place, this business has been one to watch since it launched earlier this year.
Reporting to the CEO, you play a key role in the management team by planning, developing and managing Customer Acquisition strategies for the entire business. With close contact with Creative and Marketing, your success will be measured through Customer Acquisition, Traffic, CPA, etc. As a people manager, the Growth Director will also be responsible for a team of 3 to 4 staff and agency liaison.
To be successful, you should have an affinity with fashion and online retailing. Proven experience in growth hacking, customer acquisition for global brands in its infancy will be highly sought after. Tenacity, grit and being commercial savvy will be essential to your success in the business.
