Them: One of the leading insurance company in the world, now aggressively building up their digital capability. They started a brand new department focusing on client experience and digital awareness. Now looking to bring on a Head of Client Experience Strategy to become one of the core contributor in this new innovation unit.
The role: You will help the company on marketing insights and all-rounded user-research to identify the client's needs and therefore create product strategy and road-map. This will be a hands-on role to start with and further down the line you will help build out their Experience Design team.
