Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Head of Community is responsible for the strategy to engage the client’s audience in an active, non-intrusive prospect and customer conversation.
Areas of focus will include:
- Content creation
- Social media marketing
- Events and event planning
- Communications/marketing strategy
To be successful, you should have the following qualities:
- Proven work experience as a community manager
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
- Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
