Reporting directly to the MD, you will lead a small Corporate Services team of 2 and your mission is to devise strategies for driving sales growth across the business.
You will work closely with members of the team to:
– Generate new business within large accounts (BD),
– Lead the Corporate Services team to ensure quality services are delivered to corporate clients (Key Account),
– Play a key role in developing an entrepreneurial, proactive, high-intensity culture (People Management).
You are very dynamic, agile, comfortable with constant change and enjoy working in a start-up and open environment. New initiatives every quarter!
You have at least 5 years of experience working in a senior B2B business development role for a similar company / industry preferably in the F&B industry or for an online business with a strong established network in the Hong Kong market.
You have the drive to succeed: you are ambitious, tenacious, target focused, hands-on and not afraid of troubleshooting as these are qualities required to make it in the daily life of a startup.
You must be fluent in Cantonese – Mandarin is a plus
