Head of Digital Relationship Management
The Head of Digital Relationship Management drives change and digital transformation in an international environment. The role is part of a full service value chain delivering digital experience across 14 markets in Continental Europe in multiple languages.
Requirements of the role
- Lead a team of experienced Digital Relationship Managers driving the digital transformation in complex multi-stakeholder digital projects. This team is the clearinghouse for all requests, issues or feedback emanating from both end clients and internal business partners. The team lead will ensure breakthrough customer service of the markets, as well as the ongoing development of the team and their methods.
- As part of the relationship management (comparable with a key account position in an agency) you are responsible for the business processes carried through an agile development process.
- Partnering with business channels and marketing teams across Continental Europe to develop and implement an engaging, customer centric and data driven digital experience strategy for all target groups
- Partnering with business leaders and customers across Continental Europe to create product strategies, and help guide the development of these products. This will include defining product delivery roadmaps and phasing strategies.
- Hands on management of the content publishing processes, editorial as well as product specific digital content across all 14 markets.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, your team partners in the Continental European Digital team and external parties such as agencies and freelancers
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a team to work cross-functionally
- Ability to influence, negotiate and gain buy-in effectively at all levels
- Passion for a fast paced dynamic environment
- Significant experience in multi-channel content creation for b2b and b2c target groups
- Fluent English, other language skills welcome
