Senior Journey/Product Owner

The Journey or Product Owner optimizes customer experiences at all points of contact. The product team analyses customer journeys, develops ideas for improvement and tests them thoroughly in practice and in direct contact with the customer.

That’s the challenge

  • Taking ownership and providing thought leadership on how the customer experience for a given journey should feel like
  • Tracking of impact and progress of customer journey redesign
  • Deep insight into customer satisfaction survey
  • Manage and prioritize requirements for journeys/ products
  • Develop both customer-facing and backend requirements
  • Closely work with agile coach, software architect, user experience (UX) experts, colleagues from the UX garage and Opcos

 That’s your profile

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent in relevant majors
  • Previous experience as a product owner or with customer journeys as well as ideally familiarity with energy industry B2C environment
  • Business mindset and ability to create and deliver a multichannel product vision
  • Distinct customer focus and quality mindset
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Enjoy complex problem solving and ability to push the innovation on solutions
  • Flexibility and mobility
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
