Our client, the digital business transformation hub of one of the largest global communications groups is looking for a key professional to join their Munich office as a Lead Experience Strategist (m/f). In an international and versatile strategy team, you will identify potential and define value-adding services along the customer journey. For clients and colleagues, you will be the initiator and provider of ideas for innovation and sustainable value creation in digital ecosystems. In a team with flat hierarchies and international locations, you will independently implement strategy projects, be close to the client and combine analytical skills with creativity and consulting strength. You will become a member of an award-winning team with a high reputation in the market and an attractive client base in the mobility, logistics, energy and retail sectors.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop service and transformation strategies for clients in the mobility and logistics sectors
  • Advise and inspire on the topics of customer centricity and digital business innovation
  • Analyse target groups, customers and markets and derive insights, goals, recommendations for action and ideas from them
  • As a strategist in the project team, you will inspire clients and colleagues with your knowledge of the behaviour of markets, people and organisations
  • You will initiate and control innovation and change processes at clients
  • You will plan and lead market and user research as well as the validation of services and products in the market and support in the methodical further development

Your profile:

  • You have already gained more than 7 years of practical experience in the areas of digital strategy, service design, user research & validation or business design
  • You have experience with methods from the areas of Design Thinking and Lean UX, ideally in agile working models and in use at larger companies
  • You are good at working on the base of data, hypotheses and goals, translating complex questions into convincing narratives
  • You can communicate these insights in a structured and convincing way to clients and colleagues
  • Your English is fluent, you are willing to travel and you want to work in an international team
  • Knowledge of German is an advantage
