Lead Campaign Manager | Ad Ops (m/f) in Berlin

Your Role:

  • lead a team up to 6 people
  • support the Sales team in creating campaign proposal, check feasibility in regards to capacity and technical requirements
  • recommend targeting and placement optimization among others for both branding and performance campaigns according to campaign goals
  • implement, deliver, monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure they meet client objectives
  • setup and manage the ad trafficking process with DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP) for display and video-based ad campaigns on the company’s premises
  • work closely with Account Management and Sales teams as well as internal campaign management to ensure smooth client campaign execution
  • prepare analysis reports for clients and internal ad sales/forecasting reports
  • Account and Sales Management as needed regarding technical questions and issues (delivery discrepancies, billing disputes, technical issues, etc.)

Your Profile:

  • more than 4 years of Online Advertising experience ideally managing campaigns at a leading Online Publisher or ad networks or comparable positions
  • prior experience in performance and brand marketing is a plus
  • enjoy working with numbers, data-based reports and analysis and have profound knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
  • strong communication skills in both English and German (verbal and written) are required
  • enjoy taking responsibility for your remit, working independently and always keep your goal in mind: simple solutions and processes that work perfectly
  • experienced in ad servers, DSP and DMP technologies
  • solid HTML skills, good JavaScript skills, good understanding of tracking technologies
