This agency’s PM/Client services team is centred on a relaxed, but focused approach. Having an adaptable management style aids project and Client development. Together, they are enablers across the board – both internally and externally.

They proactively seek opportunities by understanding the clients sector and being commercially minded, producing a mutually beneficial relationship.

Working collaboratively with Clients, they provide expert advice and support to make informed decisions.

They are attentive and detail-oriented, which is key in producing work of a high standard. Across the project lifecycle, their PMs identify and foresee potential risks and have safety nets in place if any should occur.

They are looking for a process driven Client facing Project Manager to join our Client Management team in delivering industry leading digital projects.

You should love working at the heart of a team – someone we can depend on to deliver beautifully crafted digital projects successfully and profitably while keeping clients happy. You should have an eye for design and be driven to maintain the highest quality in creative across all deliverables.

You will be in charge of the day-to-day management of your projects and will have input in developing Client relationships over time.

Duties will include collecting briefs, writing proposals, sourcing freelance staff, project planning, reporting on revenues, and making sure work stays on track and on budget. The role will cover a mixture of projects including workshops, UX & UI design, development, and video production.

They’re looking for someone who can help drive the team forward by bringing new ways of working and keeping up to date on digital design and development trends. You’ll have a passion for the internet and leading web technologies and while they don’t expect you to be a developer, you’ll have a good understanding of front and back end technologies. Being able to translate requirements to technical developers and back again is key.

As a Senior member of the team, you’ll be expected to mentor the other Client Managers and hold them accountable for the profitably and efficiency of their projects. You’ll help them to run risk assessments, flag overspends, and monitor burn rates.

Finally and most importantly, they’re a small but growing team who appreciate a bit of banter during work so someone with a sense of humour is a must!

Benefits include work in a creative warehouse space in bustling Farringdon, near the culinary delights of Exmouth Market.

*20 days holiday plus the office is closed between Christmas and New Year

*Join a dynamic, energetic team with regular lunches, weekly beers, Konditor and Cook Birthday cakes, and Summer Fridays
