Marketing Campaign Manager, Berlin (f/m)

The role is responsible for the implementation of the marketing communication program in the accountable territories and delivering best-in-class marketing campaigns to achieve commercial and brand objectives, positioning the client as a consistent European brand and delivering return on investment.

Your role:

  • Implement best-in-class marketing communication activity, ensuring alignment with country strategy and central marketing guidelines
  • Planning, management and execution of integrated campaigns – paid, owned and earned
  • Manage agency relationships day to day (i.e. PR, digital, website, CRM, social media, airports branding, external media, etc.) and manage the country marketing calendar
  • “Act as a retailer”: be up-to-date with country trading performance, competition activities to ensure proper level of SOV in the market, being responsive and in touch with the conditions of the market
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns using the available customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities
  • Manage and update content on the accountable website homepages and landing pages
  • Own and execute third-party relationships and activity to ensure agreements with tourist boards and airports are maximized and fulfilled
  • Constantly report results of activities run, being able to analyze results and make recommendations for future activity
  • Ensure communications are always legally and license compliant
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing activities
  • Work effectively with the different teams including the central marketing team (especially the Brand, CRM, Digital, Insight & Data analytics functions), the country commercial team, other regional marketing teams and local agencies (Creative, Media, PR)

  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability in interpreting data
  • Experience of managing external agencies/suppliers independently and take daily decisions
  • Budget management capabilities, from PO creation to finance reporting & forecasting
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to present and influence in public meetings
  • Native German speaker with fluent English
