Next generation technology brand with footprints across about 80 countries globally. Taking a test and learn approach, the business has enjoyed significant success and made best practice in their industry shortly after landing in HK. Looking to appoint an inspired marketing leader to head up their marketing and operations aiming to improve their penetration into the local market.
You will lead a growing team of specialists to drive both acquisition and retention. This includes localizing brand proposition, mapping out consumer journey, improving O2O experience, developing loyalty program and partnership. This role will also contribute to new product development and regional initiatives.
You bring a mix of experience across brand strategy, digital engagement and loyalty program in a performance-driven environment. Proven record of defining and implementing top line marketing strategy for a market (preferably HK or China) and drive insight-driven integrated marketing campaigns. You have strong drive for innovation with an international outlook and local insights. Experience of excelling in a matrix organization and growing a productive team preferred. Fluent English a prerequisite, Cantonese/ Mandarin a plus.
