My client, a well-known and respected publishing house is on the lookout for a talented and ambitious Perfomance Marketing Manager.
You will be developing successful media campaigns to meet specific business KPIs utilising Paid, Owned and Earned digital marketing and print channels. KPIs will include, but are not limited to, improving brand visibility, driving app installs and usage, data acquisition, traffic driving and social media growth and engagement. Working closely with the wider marketing team, the Performance Marketing Manager will devise, implement and analyse these campaigns, continuously optimising from an ROI perspective. Campaigns will include product launches (with a big focus on mobile) and editorial coverage/events across the breadth of the publishers content
Specific requirements / skills
Proven track record of successfully managing the digital marketing activities for a B2C organisation.
Mobile marketing experience is preferable
Experience with offline media planning and buying
Excellent Paid Search, Social and Display skills and knowledge
Experience of running successful social media campaigns to grow audience reach and engagement
Demonstrable experience of running media campaigns and managing cost budgets
Day-to- day planning and oversight of online marketing execution and customer acquisition initiatives
Experience of using analytical tools and platforms.
Budget/forecasting ability based on KPIs and ROI.
Tracking and analysis of data to optimise marketing investment across channels. Highly numerate and fluent in aggregating, analysing and reporting core campaign performance metrics.
Experience managing external agencies.
Strategic, commercial and pragmatic, with drive, enthusiasm and determination.
Independent individual contributor and collaborative team player.
Excellent communication skills, ability to work confidently with internal and external teams.
Strong motivator and experienced in influencing business departments to deliver in partnership with them.
