Their Project Managers are the bedrock on which the PM team is built and bring energy, focus and clear thinking to successfully deliver projects. They are responsible for the day-to-day running and successful delivery of projects on time, on budget and at the highest quality.

In order to succeed in this role, Project Managers must take ownership of the following elements:

? Ensuring the highest quality of all deliverables

? Owning, creation, adjustment and adherence for the timeline and budget of each project

? Ability to clearly articulate at all times requirements and deliverables with all internal and external stakeholders

? Ensure proper staffing and allocation for the project through all phases within agreed budgets

? Ensure that all project team members have the proper hardware and software to successfully complete their work within budget

? Creation of clear written communications to define and document project needs including meeting notes, timelines, task analysis, and requirements documentation.

? A general understanding of design, development and production best practices

? Tracking and evaluating the financial impact of resources, vendors, suppliers and expenses against the agreed estimates and purchase orders to ensure profitable projects are successfully delivered

? Create, action and track all purchase orders for third party vendors against existing estimates

? Ensure clear communication of agendas, meeting notes and action items, open issues and dependencies on all project meetings

? Continually identify and evaluate risk, ensuring that teams are actively working to successfully deliver projects and escalating issues as needed

? Ensure that all work, documentation, assets and final files are stored correctly within agency agreed storage systems

? Coordinate and assist in creation of presentation materials, final deliverables, videos, print materials, experiential materials or any other assets necessary for client or internal stakeholder presentations

? Travel on occasion to support the completion of successful projects
