Recruitment Consultant (w/m/x) – Berlin

For our Berlin location we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant, who shares our values in recruitment – a curious explorer, a natural networker, a good listener, an effective communicator, resilient, with a drive to foster collaboration within our teams, with our clients and with our candidates.

Your Responsibilities:

• Generate new client partnerships and transform them into sustainable business relationships in the digital transformation industry

• Development and implementation of an effective sales strategy while monitoring the entire sales cycle

• You act as a strategic partner who consults clients in developing roles, team growth strategies and creating job profiles

• You deliver results against individual KPIs and team objectives

Your Profile:

• 2-3 years of professional experience either in sales or with initial knowledge of the recruitment industry

• Willingness to apply your sales expertise and make the move into Talent Acquisition with a focus on Business Development

• You embrace a working environment where change is part of the routine, and where you learn to prioritize daily

• Experience recruiting in fast paced environments preferably with experience in one of the following: Digital Marketing, Tech, Service Design, Digital Transformation, Agency, Sales

• Fluent in German and English
