Our client services and marketing team are looking for a recruitment researcher. You need at least 6-12 months previous sales experience, WANT to get into recruitment, and have an interest in advertising, marketing and digital technology.
You will focus on roles across project management, client services, strategy and social media (permanent and freelance at all levels) for creative & digital advertising / marketing agencies as well as top global brands.
To succeed here you will be able to work well within a tight team and to work to targets, but you won’t be micromanaged so you will need to be able to manage and prioritise your work load. You will of course get mentored and receive guidance and help whenever needed. We are looking for someone that is focused on targets and a people person, as you will be responsible managing your candidates, so great communication skills are essential (on the phone and face to face).
