Sales Director – HK$ 40,000 – 55,000 (OTE 80,000 – 110,000)
Our client is a booming MarTech company that is receiving awards and growing globally. Their software is helping marketers to drive growth across the funnel and driving their business.
We are looking for a Sales Manager with experience in a SaaS company that can drive new acquisition and outbound sale like no-one else.
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales, while achieving growth targets and hitting the annual sales target
- Match the client’s needs & expectations with client centric solutions and help them on the path to omnichannel personalization & digital growth
- Map and be aware of the market, including competition to see and utilize opportunities and ways to create more value for the clients
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to identify, approach, and close key clients
- Support the local sales team
- Build relationships with new and existing world-renowned clients
- Reach your sales targets
- Get new clients on board
- Collaborate with your colleagues to assure the quality of the service
- Support client onboarding and hand over to client success manager
Your Profile:
- Experience with retail, e-commerce, and/or the travel industries is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales Management
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus
- You are a self-starter that’s comfortable picking up the phone
- Project management comes easy to you
- You have an extensive portfolio of Digital agencies
- You have a university degree in business, marketing or related field
