You will head up a sales unit and lead a team of 3 and will be tasked to transform key verticals from a print to digital-driven business and ultimately grow digital ad and content monetization for the region.
In doing so, you will advocate consultative sales strategies focusing on integrated solutions and idea-driven activations to maximize sales revenue. You will play a key role in training and development in the efficient digital transformation of the sales force.
As a key member of the operating committee, you will identify growth opportunities for the business, develop and deploy quarterly and annual action plans.
You bring 12+ years of total experience in client-servicing roles in the fields of sales/media planning or buying, with 5+ years of experience in digital media sales
You are very digitally-savvy with a strong business acumen and are highly result oriented.
You ideally have handled the property category and have knowledge of local/overseas properties marketing or luxurious/lifestyle marketing
You possess regional experience with a strong understanding of local and regional media landscapes
You are an effective business leader with experience in turnaround management, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team of 4+
Fluency in spoken and written English is required for this role.

Salary: HKD70-80k + sales commissions
