Senior CRM Manager (m/f) in Berlin

They are looking for an experienced CRM Manager with experience in the DACH market. As a sports fan with an intuitive understanding of customer experience, you’ll harness your depth of knowledge in a digital and mobile CRM to create and activate game-changing CRM initiatives that help strengthen the client’s relationship with customers and trigger behaviors valuable to the business.

Your role:

  • Development and optimization of the local CRM strategy, including customer journey AB testing/MVT, in alignment with the global strategy, that encourages innovation and delivers excellent personalized customer experiences throughout the entire journey
  • Execution of the strategy supported by central and local resources
  • Work together with the wider marketing team in the region, local customer service and programing
  • Provide periodical analysis and reporting on success metrics (e.g. customer conversion, engagement/retention, win-back) to the business region
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer base and share these insights with the wider marketing, programing and CS team


  • Experience in a senior position being responsible for CRM initiatives (brand or agency-side) from end-to-end (strategy to day-to-day execution, analysis/reporting)
  • Proven experience in CRM paid media, email/mobile app campaign management, conversion, optimization and analytics
  • Strengths in problem solving, attention to detail, ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and the ability to multitask
  • Knowledge and experience in analysis of rich data sets and driving actionable insights
  • Proficiency and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Experience working with agencies and the ability to run successful initiatives for a major brand or sports property either from an in-house or agency position
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative and collaborative international environment
  • Experience in working within a matrixed international organization and with multiple agencies
  • Fluent in German and English
  • 6+ years of marketing experience (4+ of which in dedicated CRM role)
  • Experience working in a digital, mobile, or subscription based environment
