The client is a SaaS business in the world of location-based data management and marketing. Founded in 2012 with its global headquarters in Singapore, the business has footprints in over 44 countries and counts Fortune 500 companies such as Coca Cola, IKEA, NIKE and Samsung as clients.
Due to business needs, the General Manager is moving forwards and now needs to bring in a Head of Customer Success as part of the organisation change and growth. You will be responsible for the Customer Success function, front product demo and be responsible for defending and upselling of existing revenue. Reporting to the current GM and Global Head of Customer Success, you will be highly visible to management and takes on a critical business role.
Today, you will be a strong Sales, Account Management or Product Management specialist within a Marketing driven SaaS environment such as Adtech. Market lingos such as CPA will be part of your corporate chat. This is an opportunity to take on an all encompassing role within a fast moving environment with strong professional and financial growth.
