A global marketing agency has recently set up a consultancy arm as an extension to their services. Renowned for their CRM, Customer experience strategy – they are now looking to expand their team to help support a new client.
They are now looking for a Senior Marketing and Customer Engagement Manager to lead a small team but also direct on a key client engagement. This role needs someone who is very digitally savvy and who understands customer experience/journey but also has the ability to form strategic ideas and implement this for the client. You need to have experience managing a regional account, with both acquisition and retention strategic experience as well as an in-depth knowledge regarding CRM within HK market.
You need to have at least 6 years + agency or brand experience, whilst working directly with CRM, strategic marketing. Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must.
