The client is a household name in the category of Internet Payments. The APAC regional headquarters is based in Singapore with a team of over 40 marketers. Since 2014, the business transacted over $228 billion in 30 currencies across more than 190 nations, thus placing its revenue in the billions.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Web, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for managing the performance of the web channels for several markets across North Asian territories such as Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea. The position will be responsible for senior level stakeholder management and be able to manage expectations around Web Channel Performance and Roadmap progression. Key performance indicators will include the likes of 1. New customer Signups, 2. Engagement of existing customers and 3. Quality of Customer Experience.
To be successful, you should have at least 8+ years of experience in managing large-scale, multi-market and multi-language websites with a focus on conversion funnel optimisation. Familiarity with CMS, Ecommerce and technical infrastructure will be advantages. Understanding of existing and emerging marketing tools and technologies will be necessary. Due to the markets of focus, a strong Mandarin speaker will be necessary to manage China based service vendors.
