I am on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager to join a creative consultancy with a head for business and a heart in making interactive things. They help clients bring life to their brand through ever changing digital platforms, and technologies. Built around three main areas of expertise, interactive, motion graphic and technical development.

They underpin their technical skills with a rigorous and tested design process, delivering glorious creative which resolve difficult business problems. They develop all their creative in house so clients know that if they propose an idea they can make it a reality delivering on time and within budget.

They are fairly small agency- around 30 in total, but their positioning is as a boutique digital agency and they never aim to be huge in terms of headcount as don’t want to lose their family feel and approach to work.

You will be working on a mixture of projects, including Workshops, UX & UI design, development and video production.

As a Senior member in the team, we expect you to be able to Lead large projects and facilitate workshops with clients and the Senior team members. You will be responsible for your own clients and expected to develop the relationship over time and help foresee their needs.

You will be in charge of the day-to-day management of your projects, and have support of Junior Client manager and Directors when necessary. You will help drive the team by bringing forward new ways of working, keeping up to date on digital design and development trends. You’ll be expected to work closely with the internal resources to ensure a streamline delivery.

Ideally for this role you will have the following:

*At least 5 years (minimum) of commercial experience at a Digital agency

*The ability to plan a project from concept creation to delivery and work on a variety of projects at once

*Experience in managing a website ideation, creation, development and launch.

*Experience with CMS systems and client IT departments.

*Demonstrate experience managing large and complex projects with multiple

disciplines

*Be pro active and have confidence to liaise with the client and design team

*Bags of common sense and a great team player

* Bonus would be a Knowledge of the following programmes: Gmail & Tools, Invision, Jira, Paprika, (or similar accountancy software) Fast track schedule or MS Project

*Have experience working with Agile methodologies
