I am on the lookout for a Senior Social strategist to come in and join a fantastic boutique Social listening agency.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
o Lead, write and execute the social media marketing strategy for client brands
o Decide on the appropriate social media channels for a brand or campaign
o Maintain expert knowledge of social networks, e.g. Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn
o Be a proficient practitioner of Influencer Marketing
o Represent the agency and the agency’s Peer-to-Peer Advocacy philosophy and service solutions in Integrated Agency Marketing meetings ensuring social channels are fully and adequately included in the final communications mix
o Sell and present social media strategies and services to clients both externally and internally
o Manage and motivate clients and your agency team, including reviewing and signing off work; guide others to reach great creative heights and perform at their peak
o Deliver inspiring briefs to Creative teams that solve business problems and win awards
o Set performance forecasts, KPIs, paid media budgets and plans for social media campaigns
o Conduct analysis and report on campaign performance in partnership with the team
o Guard brand equity, agency reputation and credibility
o Work closely with the New Business team and help to grow the agency
WHO YOU’LL DO IT WITH
o You will work with a small team of social media community managers and mentor junior planners
o You will report directly into the Chief Strategy Officer
Salary is £60,000-80,000 depending on experience.
