An international ecommerce company that designs, manufactures and distributes their own luxury accessories product lines. In addition owning their own brands they also have the exclusive distribution rights to a number of luxury brands in the U.S. They have growing customer bases in HK, China, India, Japan, SGP and are launching into other North Asia and SEA markets.
Sitting in the ecommerce product team you will work with the product owner and development teams to enhance the online customer experience. Looking at online traffic data and end-to-end customer mapping you’ll determine what functions, features, flows and content should be design and used it improve the overall digital experience in a bid to drive brand experience and sales conversions. You’ll also support in the integration of the new payment gateway. As this is a lean product team you’ll work closely with the product owner on the web and mobile roadmap.
