They are one of the most critical and key unit under Client Company that design and revamp all digital learning products for adult language learning (20% new product research and design, 80% existing product revamp and optimization.) Products including online learning platform (web based), Mobile Apps (android, ios), tablets, emails with curriculum and learning content in it, nothing related with marketing campaign or any external communication involved as there will be another specialized team to handle it. So this UX manager/director is the ultimate design lead for all UX design across different platform/media at global scale to ensure a world class user experience in their ecosystem.  


UX Design Manager/Director:

  • Experience of UX design for digital product (not landing page, campaign or simple product serves for marketing campaign purpose) across different platform;
  • Multiple market working experience as this is a global role, stationed in shanghai as where the HQ is
  • People management experience, current equipped with 10+ different level of designers (visual, UI, UX, graphic) and researchers and they all direct reports. Flat structured inside, all level are being hands on to drive own projects
  • Perfect profile consists from both agency and brand side experience, but brand side experience is more preferred
  • Def welcome international candidate, must be English speaker, Mandarin or other language is a plus
  • Working with Product Management team inside purely
