Reporting to the Senior Web Channel Manager, the Web Optimization Manager will be responsible for executing and delivering on web optimization initiatives across several markets in APAC, predominately around ASEAN and Australia. The position will be responsible for development, A/B test, and ramp plans for quantitative testing; Launch, monitor and report on optimization efforts in line with defined measurement metrics.
To be successful, you should have at least 5+ years of managing external and internal sites spanning areas of UX, content, usability testing, A/B & multi-variate testing, technology/platforms, analytics; regional/ global experience preferred.
