This Global financial service brand wanted to build a digital transformation team for the German HQ. They needed a team of designers, UX/UI, content producers, relationship managers.
The Cogs Solution:
The client was looking for a high level candidate able to bring design thinking skills and methodologies, capable of setting up digital processes and who could evangelize the organization with design thinking. Cogs set up a team of consultants who began searching the market for top talent would be prepared to relocate to a remote part of Germany.
The Transformative Result:
With great success, the team identified the perfect candidate to act as UX/Design Director with a background in customer experience mangement and lean UX, who was happy open to relocation. They then followed this placement with several digital relationship managers, a product manager, a localization producer and a senior UX designer / researcher – to complete the new digital transformation team.
