New hires on board to navigate our Singapore success

Cogs Singapore expands the team with two new team members to support business growth in the country.

We would like to introduce our two new additions to the Singapore office this week, Mark Teo and Lebelle Ang. Both will play integral roles in building our networks with the best local talents and networking with other Cogs offices to find international talent to relocate. They will also work together with existing clients and prospective hiring partners.

Mark Teo

Mark joins us as a Senior Consultant with our Commercial practice. He will work with digital agencies and consulting firms to bring in talents for client engagement, strategy and delivery.

He joins with 7 years of experience in integrated creative agencies, you can be certain Mark is attuned to the organisation needs of companies similar to his experience. Throughout his advertising career, Mark has serviced multinational clients across the FMCG, Automobile, Airline, Travel and Hospitality and Gaming industries.

Off work, Mark is an avid gamer and sports fan. This is probably why his favourite gaming title on the PS4 is FIFA. He is a foodie (like most Singaporeans) and has started to work on his green thumb with a plant collection.

Also, Cogs Singapore is happy that there will be a plant guardian in the office now to care for the plants.

Lebelle Ang

Lebelle isn’t a stranger to the recruitment industry. She has spent the past 8 years on the client-end, as an HR Generalist in various multinational corporations. She joins us as an Associate Consultant and will support the Technology and Commercial practice here at Cogs.

After her last in-house role with American conglomerate 3M, she was headhunted to join a boutique executive search firm.

Her reasons to specialise in recruitment stemmed from a curiosity on the dynamics of the ‘other side of the fence’. Her portfolio and responsibilities at the agency were in Healthcare and Finance recruitment, where she was one of the pioneers to set up the Healthcare practice.

Lebelle is a self-professed techie, with an academic background in Multimedia Computing to prove. She enjoys photography and immersing herself in social media and the e-commerce world.
