Cogs Singapore have leapt into 2017! With two new members of the team, opening a new desk, exciting new business opportunities with cool clients across the country as well as collaborations with Cogs Hong Kong.

David Cham joined the team last month as a consultant. Upon graduating from his studies, David went straight into recruitment! Starting off as a researcher, he was recruiting within the technology space, speaking with developers and Tech Project Managers. With the growth of Data and Analytics, he moved on to recruiting talent in this space. Now, he actively recruits in Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Mining, Data warehousing, Customer Analytics, Digital Analytics, Business Analytics and Business Intelligence.

David, along with Luke, in the London office, have launched the Cogs Data and Analytics desk. As companies put more emphasis and investment into the digital interfaces and interactions with their customers,  the growth in demand for Data and Analytics skills has multiplied. Cogs SG have also welcomed Ena Lim. Ena has transitioned from development to project management and has held roles in multiple verticals – from hospitality, airline, publishing, e-commerce to programmatic advertising. After 12 years,  she has decided to move into recruitment. It is a big switch, but after conversations with Director Chris and the team, Ena felt excited to be a part of the team in this buzzing industry and is ready for her new career journey to develop.
