We are excited to announce the launch of In Cognition — a series of conversations with business leaders from start-ups to multinational companies on the future of work, how the pandemic has unlocked opportunities for them, and for the talent they look after.

“Cogs Agency works with lots of clients going through digital transformation and helping them find top talent. Throughout the process, we realized companies have changed over time in terms of the capabilities they are looking for. From the talent perspective, people are also having different anticipations about what a job means to them,” said APAC CEO Chris Frost. “ We want to unpack these learnings and share them with a wider audience as we continue to explore what they mean to us as a recruiter, but also to businesses and individuals.”

“There is a lot of information out there, but oftentimes they are generic and basic info about recruiting. Through discussions with inspiring business leaders, we want to provide original and relevant content that speaks to the minds of our clients and candidates,” Europe CEO Liam Morgan added. “The In Cognition series is for anyone with a growth mindset and curious about the future of work, and what actions they can take to better prepare themselves for future opportunities.”

Over the next few weeks, we will share the conversation with our first guest Renee Kida, Global Head of HR at GoTo Financial, where she talks about how the pandemic has surfaced people’s need to find purpose and meaning in their work, what business leaders should consider in order to attract talent, and a lot more. Stay tuned!
