The Role:
Account Directors will take responsibility for the delivery of quality creative work, meeting the client’s needs, and addressing their business concerns. For this role, you will need to be an effective manager of your own team, inspiring and leading others. You will be expected to regularly plan campaigns and successfully develop business accounts creatively and financially, while playing a positive role in the company’s new business program.
General Requirements:
- Social & digital campaign: Has strong experience in handling h5, mini-program, and SCRM
- Strategy & planning ability: The role will be dealing with consulting projects
- The role will be mainly working on market research, consumer insight, and writing proposals
- Strong Account Management ability
- Strong Team Management ability: The Account Director is responsible to lead (2-3) Account Managers and (4-6) Account Executives and Senior Account Executives
- Business-level fluency in English is required
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Account Management
