Analytics Lead Manager (m/w/x) – near Frankfurt am Main

Our client, a global asset manager offering world class investment solutions and retirement expertise is currently looking for an Analytics Lead Manager to join their team near Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

The Analytics Lead Manager, as part of the digital business intelligence team, will demonstrate a deep sense of curiosity, integrity and passion for building smarter digital analytics solutions to support data-driven decisions throughout the business across the globe.

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyse data and create insights, in the context of optimization and recommendations in close collaboration with a cross-functional digital team
  • Quantify the size of issues/opportunity and assist the digital team and external stakeholders to build business cases for improvement or further testing/analysis
  • Ensure all the stakeholders are up to date with conversion metrics, KPIs, activity and outcomes of work carried out
  • Work closely with the testing & optimization teams to develop and test new, alternate approaches or even recommend other technologies
  • Engage in “root cause” analysis to assess changes in metrics and underlying causes – the ability to use Big Data infrastructures to mine for insights is a plus
  • Carry out deep dive investigations to improve the conversion success rate   
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional digital team and extended stakeholder teams to create automated business dashboards, real-time visualizations, models and actions
  • Develop and implement best practices around tagging/digital analytics deployments
  • Ensure optimal tracking of online properties, allowing the optimization of consumer experience and analysis of the customer journey
  • Identify data issues to troubleshoot and solve complex problems in site tagging, implementation and data quality
  • Work closely with business, technology and external vendors to integrate and analyze digital data with other business data (e.g. CRM data, sales data etc.)

 

Your Profile:

 

  • 3-5 years of industry or other relevant experience
  • Solid understanding of common customer experience measurement / optimization tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Marketing Cloud (Analytics, Target)
  • Knowledge of Decibel Insight, VOC tools (Medalia, Qualtrics, OpinionLab), tag management tools (Ensighten and Tealium) would be an asset  
  • Good knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBi, Klipfolio, DataStudio etc.)
  • Understanding of digital marketing technologies and data (SEM, display advertising, social media, SEO, email marketing, programmatic etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate information to a cross-functional group
  • Keen to learn and adopt new skills
  • Highly organized, self-sufficient, curious, proactive
  • Point of contact and liaison to other analytics professionals within the organization to advance the data analytics capabilities
  • Customer focussed with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Genuine interest and passion for digital media, online marketing, new technologies and digital disruption
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills – able to conceptualize, describe and analyse complex and abstract problems
  • Fluency in German and English
