For our client, an international management consultancy with a wide array of services, we are looking for a Brand Designer to join the brand development team at their digital studio in Berlin. As a partner to businesses and brands, the digital studio supports their clients on the way to sustainable growth.

You will be working on the development of coherent, relevant and differentiating brand experiences in close collaboration with Brand Strategist and UX and UI Designers, based on a neuroscientific framework.


Your responsibilities:

  • Conceptual (re)development of the brand visual identity including basic elements (logo, colours, font, image style, iconography)
  • Development of digital style guides
  • Support with designing new business models
  • Preparation and implementation of workshops
  • Implementation of holistic brand management through the Neurobranding approach
  • Close collaboration with the consultancy’s Neuroscience Institute to measure brand impact


Your profile:

  • Professional experience as communication/brand designer
  • Strong focus on digital brand experiences; motion design experience is a plus
  • Strong conceptual skills and interest in strategic decision making
  • Experience in the development of digital style guides
  • Inquisitiveness, curiosity and the right balance between initiative and team spirit
  • High proficiency in English
