Business Development Lead- AdTech and AI (m/f) Berlin, Germany

Our Client is a technology company which aims to provide artificial intelligence (AI) platform to help enterprises solve their most challenging business problems, spanning across Marketing and Data intelligence. Established in 2012 by a team of renowned computer scientists and engineers with expertise in AI, data analysis and distributed systems. Our client is working with over 1,000 Global brands and agencies and has 14 offices in 12 markets across Asia.
They are seeking an experienced AdTech Lead Salesperson to join their company in the European market.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, build and maintain strong relationships with brands and agency partners in order to secure new clients and grow revenue
  • Develop sales plan and accurately forecast revenue growth
  • Strategically prospect, evaluate, and drive sales to meet targets
  • Plan, prepare, and execute sales meetings with prospects at all levels
  • Identify and develop a strong understanding of client’s core objectives and challenges
  • Intelligently and strategically solves objections and obstacles
  • Fostering trustworthy relationships with clients and peers
  • Entertain clients, represent our client at industry events and contribute to the profile of the company

Qualifications:
 

  • Experience and connection in Mobile Re-targeting sector and selling AdTech solutions
  • Programmatic sales experience a bonus
  • Experience working with brands and agency partners
  • Superior skills in all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating, and value based, consultative selling and closing
  • Thrilled by the hunt and never satisfied
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial setting; self-generates; can work independently while working collaboratively with remote teams
  • Deep understanding of AdTech and the online advertising industry/eco-system including audience targeting/retargeting and media types (mobile, display, video, social, native media, etc.)
  • Persistent and never stops bringing value to clients, knocking on doors, persevering with the client, educating and building Win-Win solutions
  • Strong knowledge of ad campaign metrics and analysis
