As their business develops at pace, they are looking for a Strategic Client Partner to lead their thinking across all their mobile-first platforms and digital products.
An exceptionally seasoned and strategically oriented Strategic Client Partner has a proven track record of leading project teams, working with exceptional digital brands and strategically growing revenues across a portfolio.
With a leading role within the Product team, you will take ownership of key client accounts, while mentoring the junior Product team members and providing product direction to guide the creative and engineering team.
You will relish using your extensive experience and passion driving client service excellence to inspire and provide a strategic approach to how they service their clients.
As a natural relationship builder and communicator, you thrive in client-facing situations, and delight in pitching and winning new business, to help the agency achieve their monthly sales targets.
Being a key client contact, you will work closely with fellow Client Partners as a key part of the strategy team taking a focal role in defining and evolving their clients’ products, as well as the services they offer as an agency.
The Client Partner shapes their clients’ digital roadmap; delivering multi-channel content experiences across a range of native app and web technologies, using both waterfall and agile technologies.

” Are experienced in forecasting and reporting revenues to senior management across existing and new client opportunities
” Have the ability to explain and compare the basic merits of application technologies such as iOS, Android, HTML5 and Adobe
” Can work alongside the Delivery Managers to ensure profitable project delivery
” Are able to produce strategic proposals and recommendations for your clients
” Can undertake the role of Product Owner in agile development projects; defining scope, developing user stories and prioritizing backlogs
” Know how to communicate technical information to clients in a clear and easy to understand language
” Have experience managing team members within a client services environment
” Have delivered successful campaigns and projects across multi-channel technologies
” Can demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills
” Demonstrate flawless attention to detail
” Have the ability to work across multiple accounts
